"Gifted by ouai. This balm really is a balm! It has a thick texture that melts between my palms and feels slick and smoothing on my thick, dry hair. Still I don’t think it provides enough hydration. The directions say to skip conditioner, but after trying that, I think I’m better off following up the treatment with a conditioner anyway. The scent is a beautiful floral like gardenias, so that makes using it a pleasure."
